We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dedicated team of chefs who work tirelessly to ensure the highest quality of fresh food.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef in the organisation and management of the kitchen and be involved in the preparation of fresh food for service.

You will play a vital role in ensuring all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest standard and are representative of the culinary delights detailed in the menus.
