Ascot Ladies Day

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco on arrival before enjoying a beautifully prepared gourmet four-course lunch, served in our Pavilion overlooking the grounds. Ladies Day is designed as a fun and elegant occasion — perfect for dressing up, socialising and enjoying a memorable day with friends.

Following lunch, guests can relax and enjoy the afternoon watching the racing on our large screen TV, with the opportunity to have a flutter using our fully functioning betting facility. If luck is on your side, there’s nothing better than celebrating a win with a bottle of chilled champagne.

Music throughout the day will be provided by James Mcallister, performing a ‘Tribute to Swing’, creating the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed and lively afternoon.

Mid-afternoon, ice creams will be served to all guests. At approximately 3.30pm, a charity duck race will take place on Black Brook at the bottom of the meadow for everyone to enjoy.

Guests are invited to arrive from 12.00 noon, with lunch served at 12.30pm, allowing time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere before the afternoon begins.

A £20 per person deposit is required to secure your booking.
Confirmation will be sent once your deposit has been received, along with menu and wine list details.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if we are forced to cancel the event.
